We couldn't be happier with Cotti-Johnson, who installed a new Lennox central AC system (including duct work) in our house! Peter in sales is a real pro and he did a great job of steering us in the right direction with a two-zone Lennox system. Cotti Johnson was the 4th and final company that gave us a quote and they did not disappoint. The price was right, but what sold us on Cotti was Peter's knowledge, honesty, and the fact that he didn't try to up-sell us on a system that we didn't need. The entire installation team was excellent and we came home to a house each day to find not one speck of dust. The air handler is located in our attic and the team arranged all of the duct work in a way that still leaves us with a TON of storage space. Right now all we can think about is using our new AC on those hot summer days!!!!! Thank you, Peter and the Cotti-Johnson team!!!!!

Ordered a Mitsubishi mini split AC. Install delay was on us as we needed to upgrade electrical. Company’s electrician worked with us the following month. Installers on time, efficient, great communication throughout install and they gave a good demonstration as well as going through the manual. Highly recommend: all communications were prompt & professional from Mel in the office to electrician and installer. Highly recommend. J Forgeron returned 12/17, earlier than expected 👍 to take care of a small item identified by the local electrical inspector.

I called because the air flow in one room was too high and always much cooler than the rest of the house and this is where my dad was staying in hospice. Cotti-Johnson sent someone out the next day to check system and validate its operation. They ultimately contacted Eric, who was in involved in original install the previous year and he came out the following day to adjust the dampers in the attic which solved the problem. He also showed me how to do this on my own (very simple). I was pleased with response time, professionalism and care and would highly recommend them.

Just want to pass a long compliments to the service man who cam here yesterday. His name, I believe, is Tony. He did a terrific job; very fast, thorough; he was extremely polite, he put on his booty over shoes before he came in; he answer all of my questions; he mentioned he came from Bourne for a furnace call down there. Being a 80 senior I appreciate some warm in my house especially in the earlier mornings. He ran the AC and heating systems several times to make sure all is well.

He explained what went wrong with my furnace and knew of the problem and fixed it immediately.

So glad I went with Cotti-Johnson. I interviewed 6 different companies and decided on them. I knew nothing about them other than Meeting Peter who gave me the estimate for a central air install. I had to have vents installed throughout my house. I also had a hot water tank installed and upgraded the electrical service plus nest thermostats. They had very professional and very friendly people working for them. I would like to give a big shoutout to Brad, Steve, and Bryan. Steve and his team did a great job updating the wiring on our 120 year old house. The work that they did was to install a new 200 Amp service with a new breaker panel and some new circuits for the electric water heater and an air conditioner plus installing some new lighting in the dining room, kitchen and back yard. The also did a whole house evaluation of the existing wiring.
They took pride in their work, had a can do attitude. They know old houses and really seem to love working on them. Steve also explained everything to excess, which I really liked.
